I found this recipe at Bob's Homebrew Supply. The image below shows the ingredients and directions to make the beer (click on the image for a larger view).

The original gravity was 1.046. The beer was in the primary for 15 days, followed by 11 days in the secondary, for a total of 26 days. The final gravity was 1.014; the alcohol content was 4.2%.

I was hoping this beer would taste like Blue Moon, it didn't. I believe I left it in the primary for so long because I was out of town when I normally would have transferred it.
